1. Definitions

• "Service" — The online AI development courses, learning platform, and website operated by Samong Tech.
• "User" — Any person who accesses the website or enrolls in a course.
• "We/Us/Our" — Samong Tech, based at 88 Mukkamontri Road, Mueang, Udon Thani 41000, Thailand.
• "Content" — All course materials, lessons, exercises, feedback, and other materials made available through the Service.
• "Agreement" — These Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a course or submitting an enquiry through our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Service Description

Samong Tech provides three online AI development courses delivered in English: Intro to AI Thinking, Practical Machine Learning, and Deep Learning Foundations. Courses are available to learners globally, with primary support during Thai office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 ICT).

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course with reasonable notice to enrolled learners.

4. User Accounts

Access to course content requires a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Accounts may be terminated if these terms are violated. Upon termination, access to course materials ceases.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service for legitimate personal learning purposes only. The following are prohibited:

• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Copying, distributing, or reproducing course materials without our written permission
• Submitting work that is not your own as part of assignment submissions
• Using the Service for commercial resale or redistribution
• Engaging in conduct that interferes with the experience of other learners or our staff

6. Intellectual Property

All course content — including lessons, exercises, materials, and feedback frameworks — is the intellectual property of Samong Tech. By enrolling, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal learning only.

Work you produce during the course (assignments, projects) remains your own. You grant us a limited licence to review and comment on that work for teaching purposes.

7. Payment Terms

Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due in full before course access is granted. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (Thai banks), PromptPay, and major credit cards. Samong Tech does not store payment card details.

Refunds: A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of payment and before accessing more than the first two lessons. After this point, refunds are not available except in exceptional circumstances, assessed at our discretion. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

8. Course-Specific Terms

• Course access is granted for the duration of the course plus 90 days following the final week's content release
• Mentor feedback is provided on submitted assignments only; we do not provide open-ended tutoring outside the structured course assignments
• We do not issue formal certificates of completion. Learners who complete all assignments receive a written summary of their work and feedback from their mentor
• Academic integrity is expected. Submitting AI-generated work as your own, without disclosure, is a breach of these terms

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not make commitments about specific learning outcomes, employment results, or career changes that may follow from completing a course. Learning outcomes depend significantly on each learner's prior knowledge, effort, and circumstances.

Our courses do not constitute professional advice in AI, software engineering, or any other field.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

We are not liable for interruptions to the Service caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power outages, or government actions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samong Tech and its staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Service by giving written notice. We may terminate immediately in cases of material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your licence to access course content ceases. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting [email protected]. If the matter cannot be resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Udon Thani Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Samong Tech.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer our rights in connection with a business transfer.
• Notices: Notices to us should be sent to [email protected]. Notices to you will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If changes are material, enrolled learners will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
